Water Stations

There will be water stations on all courses except the 5km run/walk.  If you want your own water mix available please make sure you make this known to organizers prior to race day.  Drink containers must be clearly labelled with your name and the aid station to be left at.

Bib Colours

Your bib colours are important! Some of our directional signage will correspond to your bib colour (which is different for each distance). If you see an arrow with your bib colour on it - follow it! If in doubt, we have plenty of marshals on the course to help you.

21km - Black

10km - Red

5km - Green

Suggested Kit

As you are running across the peninsula the weather can be a mix of extremes at this time of year – from intense heat to freezing southerly. We recommend you consider carrying the following: Layered clothing, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, hydration pack, survival blanket, energy bar. Please do not wear headphones as this limits your ability to hear directions from marshals and hazards.

Prize Giving

The Prize giving ceremony will be held at the finish area at South Bay Racecourse. There will be an overall male and female prize in each race. There will be one overall walker prize for the Half Marathon, 10km and 5km, there are no age categories for walkers.

Start/Finish Line

At the start/finish line there will be a food cart, baked goods stall and refreshments available. Bring some coins!
